For Immediate Release:ST. LOUIS (June 09, 2012) - Weekends Only Furniture is pleased to announce a brand new call center to service customers from its five St. Louis area retail locations. The call center has been named the "Quality Care Center" and is part of a pilot program designed to help improve the customer experience and satisfaction for the 10,000 customers that shop at Weekends Only every week. During the pilot, the call center will be located at the company's retail location in Bridgeton. Currently the center is staffed Monday thru Thursday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. to answer customer inquiries about delivery, warranties and products during the week when the stores are closed for business. Customers calling the individual phone numbers for each location will be rerouted directly to the call center for prompt attention. There is not one set phone number for the call center.Weekends Only is looking to hire an additional seven positions to fully staff the call center after the pilot.
