Abbie joined the FOX21 news team in October 2009 as a producer/reporter. She reports throughout the week, including covering school news in the FOX21 A+ segments and occasionally produces. Abbie is excited to have the opportunity to both work on camera and behind the scenes.

She graduated from Penn State University in 2007 with a degree in Speech Communications. She then spent a year at The Ohio Center for Broadcasting in Lakewood, Colo. While attending school there she interned at FOX21 where she was able to learn all aspects of the news.

Abbie has two older sisters and a younger brother, all back in Pennsylvania. And although she misses her family greatly, she is excited to call Colorado her new home.

In her spare time she enjoys camping, skiing, hiking and watching football.
