Hometown: East Tennessee
John started in television at a Knoxville-based cable television production company called RIVR Media. After years of assisting in production for television shows on ESPN, HGTV, MTV, etc., John began working at the local NBC affiliate, WBIR-TV.
John was a feature reporter for the station, enterprising a twice-weekly segment highlighting weekend events around East Tennessee.
Since moving to Colorado, John has spent most of his time learning to breathe again (Knoxville has an elevation of 800 feet). He is genuinely excited to learn about the people of southern Colorado and to share their stories with the television audience.
